Shift Notifications

The CareQ shift notifications feature allows care facilities to quickly and easily contact staff about available shifts that must be filled. Detailed records of shift callouts and their responses are automatically recorded. The shift callout feature is a CareQ add-on that employs a separate and distinct phone number that is used for shifts only, allowing administrators to share that number with staff so that they know from what number shift communications originate.

Staff can receive shift alerts via text and/or email. They select the shift to which they want to reply and tap the APPLY FOR SHIFTS button.
